We are so proud to have been invited to represent Bavaria's top-level research at the 75th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting.

Together with the five other newly funded Bavarian Clusters of Excellence, we enjoyed a memorable “Bavarian Evening” filled with fascinating encounters, inspiring conversations, and truly interdisciplinary exchange.

We were delighted by the tremendous interest in the humanities. The premiere of our "Script Challenge" – a game in which participants match writing systems from different regions and historical periods, from cuneiform and hieroglyphs to Sanskrit and Ge'ez, to their geographical and chronological origins – was met with great enthusiasm and proved to be great fun for our international guests.

A huge Thank you to the entire team and to the Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Wissenschaft und Kunst / Research in Bavaria for the wonderful invitation!
